2002	Merger of regional TOSO Service companies into single TOSO Service Co., Ltd. Shanghai TOSO Interior Products Co., Ltd. established. Tsukuba Plant and Mitsukaido Plant achieve ISO14001 certification.
2001	TOSO Service Kinki Co., Ltd. established. TOSO Ryutsu Service Co., Ltd. established.
2000	Wado Creative made subsidiary company. TOSO Service Tokyo Co., Ltd. established. Manufacturing headquarters achieves ISO9001 certification.
1999	TOSO Service Minami Kanto Co., Ltd., and TOSO Service Kyushu Co., Ltd. established. Capital alliance with Wado Creative Co., Ltd.
1996	Listed on Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1995	TOSO Shoji Co., Ltd. established.
1990	Showroom opened at Akasaka, Tokyo. Received Distinguished Company Award from Recreational Development Center Foundation on the occasion of the third "Appraisal of Corporate Leisure-Mindedness".
1988	P.T. TOSO Industry Indonesia established.
1986	Ibaraki Plant-2 (the present Mitsukaido Plant) JIS certified for Venetian blinds.
1985	Ibaraki Plant-2 (the present Mitsukaido Plant) established. TOSO Sangyo-Shizai Co., Ltd. and TOSO International Co., Ltd. (the present Overseas Department) established.
1981	Established JV with Silent Gliss Co. (Switzerland) Best Interior Co., Ltd. (the present Silent Gliss Corporation) established.
1979	Absorbed TOSO Kako Co., Ltd. and TOSO Seni Co., Ltd. via merger.
1976	Fuji Home Co., Ltd. made a subsidiary. The present Tsukuba Plant becomes JIS certified for curtain tracks.
1972	Changed trade name to TOSO Co., Ltd.
1968	TOSO Kako Co., Ltd. (the present Tsukuba Plant) made wholly owned subsidiary. TOSO Seni Co., Ltd. established in Hamamatsu.
1961	Changed trade name to TOSO Co., Ltd.
1949	Tokyo Sobi Kogyo Co., Ltd. established.

2007	Curtain track “Cortina” and Vertical blind “Dual“ and Interior screen “SUKIGAMI” received The Good Design Award.
2006	Roller blinds “Mytec Seeds” and Curtain accessory “Arm Holder” received The Good Design Award.
2005	Introduced exquisite “Gracier” collection target high-end consumers. DIY Curtain track “Lifty” awarded at New Product Contest sponsored by DIY Show. Curtain track “Outlook 1” received The Good Design Award.
2002	Wooden blinds “Venewood” line introduced. Venetian blinds with heat-shielding slats added to line.
2001	Entire line of Pleated blinds manufactured without formaldehyde.
2000	Motorized Curtain tracks “Felio” and “Premio” introduced.
1999	Automatic control system “TIOS-�U” introduced.
1997	Venetian blinds “New Ceramy” awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for Inventive Design at the 22nd Invention Award competition. Venetian blinds “New Raison” awarded honorable mention in Japan DIY Association New and Hit Products Contest. Interior hook “Forms” received The Good Design Award.
1996	“Picture Rail” line introduced. “TIOS-�T" automatic control system introduced. “Fusakake,” “New Ceramy 15X,” and “Cubicle” received The Good Design Award.

1988	Linear Motorized Curtain track “Bestec” introduced. "Refre" style Curtain track receives Fukuda Special Prize at 13th Invention Award competition.

1985	Roman shades, Panel tracks, and Motorized Roller blinds introduced.
1984	Roller blind “Mytec”received The Good Design Award.
1982	Vertical blinds “Silhouette” introduced. World Collection of global Curtain tracks and accessories imported and marketed in Japan.
